Each episode is so relatable and there’s so much to learn from. Dr Z has been my go to for all sorts of topics especially because of his candor expression of his humanness and humorous personality. Some of these topics are tough to listen to yet he is able to engage the listener and make everyone feel comfortable talking about uncomfortable topics.
You guys always address topics that I’m struggling with and I so appreciate the discussions. Especially appreciate the latest episode discussing the Lakewood tragedy. It was so well done and comprehensive.
This is a fabulous concept and I’m looking forward to following this podcast avidly. I think this is a great way for people who fear therapy to get a taste of how powerful and helpful it could be and how you don’t need to be “crazy” or “abnormal” to benefit from good therapy. Dr. Zimmerman is compassionate and has so much fantastic experience and training and knowledge - the consummate professional. Thank you for this addition to the podcast landscape! —Ayelet May
