Very stale.
Porky is a comic genius of that there is no doubt. However this new offering is sadly lacking any humour at all. The main problem is his choice of partner, Mr Brazil and old MG porky’s previous sparring partners were perfect foils for his cutting wit. However Lesley Anne Jones is totally bereft of any comic talent at all and obviously the wrong choice of side kick. Please please please porky make up with MG and get the greatest podcast of all time back on the road!! Long live On the record!
I have followed Mike parry since his two mikes day’s, generally a good listen but I’m a little tired of LAJ as his side kick. I think he need to get Alan Brazil on or someone of that ilk as the podcast gets a little to serious at time and porky is at his best when he talking about past stories and his hair brain ideas lol
Well done Porky and Miss Jones a very easy listen, a great way to spend half an hour.
