鬼节这天放河灯，不管是念经的和尚还是打坐的道士，亦或是河边看热闹的人们，似乎都抱着一种美好的愿望：盼着冤魂怨鬼能够托着这些小小的纸灯投胎重生。可但凡这天出生的孩子，却不被人们待见。若不是有钱的寡妇的闺女，或是地主家的儿子，那是不大有能嫁娶的可能了。这情形倒是自古就没有变，现在也是这样。事不关己的时候，大家都有颗圣洁博爱的心，有份超凡脱俗的情，一旦发生在自己身边，就该另当别论。这大概并不算是封建的毒，而是某个毒种，代代相传。

还记得小时候有段日子跟奶奶生活在一起，不怎么看电视，吃过晚饭就到外面去散步。看着天渐渐地黑下来，星星亮起来，高高的路灯点上。那昏黄的灯光下飞绕着无数的小虫子。就呆呆地望着那些星星，听着老人们聊着不知道哪家的哪个时候的故事，回过神的时候脖子都好像折不回来了，咯嘣咯嘣地酸。现在再抬起头，只有满城灯火，而不见那时的星星月亮了。当然，奶奶也不见了。
