分署在110年10月拍定一筆「香腸地」，這塊地地形特殊，坐落於屏東市區二棟透天建物間，長度16公尺，寬度僅約35公分，非常狹長，10年間歷經15次拍賣，終於以28萬9000元的底價拍定。
期間執行署曾經找了好多人特地開會討論這塊賣不掉的地，最後完成這樁不可能任務的黃勻白書記官，要來說說這個天道酬勤的故事，還有教大家怎麼買法拍不動產唷：）

第一任會計陳志厚主任在90年1月1日分署成立那天來報到，只看到執行大樓（即屏順樓）與行政大樓（即屏易樓）2棟建物，後面是廢墟般的荒蕪舍房與工場，現在綠意盎然的圍牆當時竟然是一片灰白。
主任經手了好多廳舍工程，從90年撙節業務費完成的二期廳舍整修，91年明德樓（即屏新樓）整修工程保留抿石子外牆與磨石子地板，還讓房子長高了，一直到圍牆綠美化完工，美到有人跑來分署拍婚紗呢。且聽大掌櫃回娘家，說說分署傳承至今的溫暖工作氛圍及機關文化，還有在分署每天上班都有趣的心法妙招唷：）

二年八個季節的流轉中，楊分署長發想了廳舍命名、眾石成城、同島一命小卡、屏執盃演講朗讀比賽等活動，完成第一件檢囑案件，辦理第一次國際研討會，還帶領分署同仁獲得金展獎與法務部檔案考評甲等的肯定，創下分署成立後徵起金額歷史新高。

沈紹嘉處長司訓所19期結業，96年至99年間擔任分署第二任處長。分署原本無處放置的檔案，沈處長主動聯繫而得以暫時借放於警察局廳舍，並開始著手庫房的規劃，讓檔案有個安全的家，處長還暖心推動發起愛心社的成立唷：）
