我們訂閱豆的水洗耶加雪啡，是一款來自耶加雪啡產區東南角的區域，其中一個名為「班可切切蕾村」的小村子。這樣的咖啡，也稱為「單一村莊咖啡」。
整個耶加雪啡產區已經由法律規範，是如同法國葡萄酒般擁有「法定產區」的明確定義並規範了生產區域。
耶加雪啡本身最大的優勢就是海拔，最低的高度就有1850公尺；而「班可切切蕾村」的咖啡園，更是從2000公尺一路往上到2400公尺，是擁有最大的日夜溫差的種植地段。

第一次見識到當地交通的不便、獨特的氣候、咖啡農的生產樣態...令我留下來深刻的印象！
那是個我最多只能待上一個星期，就會覺得無法再逗留，需要回到現代文明世界喘息一下的經濟落後地區...也是我最願意再次造訪，再深入探尋絕美咖啡的產地~
