I listened to a couple of episodes of this podcast and was disappointed. I had expected it to be an in-depth exploration of a topic, but it turned out to be shallow and lacking in substance. The voice of the host is quite bothersome and could benefit from more practice in narration and diction.
You cover interesting cases but do it soooo poorly. You claim to be “deeply researched” but I’ve listened to nearly all the episodes and have found every single coverage to be superficial- as in, absolutely no depth at all. still looking forward for ur next true crime episodic podcasts
Having lived in the Philippines for a number of years and being Filipino, there is definitely a dichotomy in being a beautiful tropical paradise with mysterious and crime-filled hidden secrets. This podcast is well-researched, great audio and speaking quality, and is overall informative but easy to get into. Thanks for giving Filipinos a voice in the podcast world!
I started at the beginning and while the stories told were very detailed, the delivery was pretty flat.
I will listen to newer episodes and review again!
