I love the wide variety of logic and knowledge pools needed to solve the puzzles. The podcast format makes it easy to play along however you want - listen slowly, pause (or geniuses listen at full speed), and start your day with some quick thought experiments that get your mind’s wheels turning!

  • Delightful pod!

Just started listening and this podcast is SO MUCH FUN! I love playing along to the clever games Peih Gee introduces at the beginning of each episode! The topic of each episode is somehow without fail, something that I am either nostalgic, curious, or already full of my own fun facts about - which makes it really fun to hear Peih Gee, David, and friends riff on it. Peih Gee has such charisma - even in an audio medium. This is a great podcast to keep you alert and entertained during a commute, or... more

23: Survivor (ft. Stephen Fishbach)
Q: Why does editing matter so much in how fans perceive what happened in the game?
Editing allows a few selected perspectives to shape the story, meaning viewers often miss the broader context and the true complexity of 48 hours of game time across many players.
23: Survivor (ft. Stephen Fishbach)
Q: What do you think are the major selling features of modern Survivor?
Survivor now has faster movement, more twists and advantages, more players, and a higher emphasis on the meta-game and strategic play compared to earlier seasons.
29: The Mandela Effect (ft. Tony from Hack The Movies)
Q: Why do you think early 2000s were packed with amnesia and memory-loss plots?
The guest and hosts discuss possible reasons including the Matrix influence, the internet's rise changing how stories could be structured around manufactured realities, and advances in cinematography and fight choreography that fueled demand for memory-related twists.
29: The Mandela Effect (ft. Tony from Hack The Movies)
Q: Tony, have you noticed any overarching trends in movie storytelling or memory themes in recent years?
Tony responds that popular trends include a revival of revenge-oriented 'revenue flicks' with the rise of John Wick, a return of slasher elements, and a strong pipeline for video game adaptations and superhero content, while acknowledging that superheroes might be winding down as a dominant force.
46: The Petticoat Affair (ft. Marriage Therapy Radio's Zach Brittle)
Q: So what was your biggest takeaway from chatting with them?
Zach highlights that when a couple's shared passion is clear, exploring how that passion informs their relationship can be deeply rewarding, and he emphasizes kindness and curiosity as the core dynamic that makes relationships work, as demonstrated in David and Lisa's story.
