這一集，我邀請了一位同時照顧中風後臥床的父親和罹患失智症的母親的朋友Chris，和我一起聊聊他的照顧歷程。
父親入住機構幾年後，母親也開始出現失智症狀，短短兩年媽媽出現遊走、妄想、拒食等問題，
一年前因為在家已經照顧到撐不下去，選擇讓母親入住機構，
半年前，父親離開的時候，心裡有一種鬆了一口氣的感覺，
不是不愛，而是那份重量，外人難以想像。
這條路走得很不容易，也曾經被親友質疑，但後來他想通了一件事—
對父母盡了多少努力，只有自己最清楚，不愧對自己和長輩就好。
