但真正相處後才發現：我們遇到的 Z 世代，普遍有禮貌、很盡責、工作能力也很好。
反而是我們自己要更新的是「管理方式」：
• 不再用權威去壓，而是先把對方當成你的 TA：他需要什麼資源？在什麼狀態下做得最好？
