I absolutely loved this show! It’s one of my favorite podcasts of all time and definitely my favorite of this year. It’s a lighthearted and hilarious dnd adventure with a great cast! All the characters have been carefully thought out and are all awesome (though I must say Tony is my personal favorite, thanks Tom!). The characters are switched around in each adventure and that leads to some interesting combinations. Also Maxamillian is an awesome DM and the world of Fortuna is a great place to ge... more
Swapping players through arcs gives the show a sense of scale and really helps with the world building!
Normally I love everything Definitely Human put out but this is really disappointing. It really lacks any story and none of the narratives have a decent end. The characters feel quite weak too. Hope it improves
A delightfully refreshing plethora of characters keep crossing each other's paths, in a thread of seemingly unconnected adventures all kept together by the background splendours of the aptly named city of Fortuna. (And if you are a fan of The Infinite Bad, you will be pleased to find some familiar voices here, along with plenty of brilliant new entries.)
I’ve been lucky enough to listen to this one on Patreon already, but I’m enjoying re-listening just as much, which should tell you how good it is! Like everything Definitely Human do it’s funny and clever and just an all-around great listen. 10/10 would recommend!
