福島県郡⼭市で300年余り酒造を営む仁井田本家は、農薬・化学肥料不使用の米を原料に、天然水、蔵付きの酵母、そして⾃社の森の杉で作った仕込み桶で自然酒を醸している。今回は18代目蔵元・杜氏の仁井⽥穏彦さんと女将の仁井⽥真樹さんをゲストに迎え、酒づくりを通して山、水、田んぼを守ることを目指す酒蔵の想いや、今年パタゴニアから発売している「しぜんしゅ－やまもり」の味わいについて語っていただきました。

今回のゲストはスノーボード・アンバサダーの加藤直之。スプリットボードでの山岳滑降の第一人者である加藤は、国際山岳ガイドとして活動する傍ら、「結果」よりもその「プロセス」に重きをおく個人山行に多く取り組んでいる。都会のど真ん中で育った幼少期や極北の地で生きる強さを得たアラスカ大学時代などを振り返りつつ、大切にしているスタイルや自然に対する倫理観、そして山へと突き動かされる「衝動」を紐解きます。
今回のゲストは、日本初のトレイルカルチャー・ウェブマガジン『TRAILS』の佐井聡さんと根津貴央さん。衣食住をバックパックに詰め込んで、数週間から数ヶ月もの間、野営と町での補給を繰り返しながら原生自然の中のトレイルを歩く「ロング・ディスタンス・ハイキング」。国内には情報がほとんどなかった時代からこのカルチャーに傾倒し、アメリカを中心に多くのロングトレイルを歩いてきたお二人が、山頂を目指すことだけにとらわれないハイクの新しい魅力を語ります。
パタゴニア・サーフィン・アンバサダーの武知実波さんはプロサーファーとして活躍する一方、小学校におけるサーフィン授業や講演会、大会の運営など精力的にサーフィンの普及に努めている。多くのものを与えてくれたサーフィンに恩返しをしたいという思いはどのように育まれ、この先にどんな未来を描いているのか、これまでの歩みを振り返りながら語っていただきました。
今回のゲストは、トレイル＆ランニングショップ「ランボーイズ！ ランガールズ！」の店主・桑原慶さんとパタゴニア・トレイルランニング・アンバサダーの石川弘樹さん。10年前から自身のお店でグループランという取り組みを始め、その後全国に広がったムーブメントの火付け役となった桑原さんと、トレイルランニングの文化を日本に根付かせてきたパイオニアである石川さんが、日本各地に広がるトレイルランニング・コミュニティの豊かさ、広がり、今後の可能性について語ります。
