How am I the first to review Palaeocast? It is a thorough review of palaeontological topics and well conducted interviews with experts in their fields. You owe it to yourself to listen to a few episodes. The first episode covers the evolution of birds and is a great beginning. Episode 126: "Beasts Before Us" is an interview with an author who discusses her new book regarding the story of mammalian evolution.
Been looking for a podcast like this for some time now. Very happy to have found it ^_^ more
As a fossil collector and not an academic i learn so much from this show and where to go for more information and visuals to help me understand my collection. Its a great show with great interviews and suitable for all ages and level of interest/interaction in the field.
My favourite podcast out there. As a student studying palaeoclimate, have loved the episodes on diatoms, foraminifera etc!
