Great Mets content and breath of fresh air compared to the always negative posts you see on social media. Love listening every week, and of course LFGM! #bitetherag
John and Ibby have great chemistry. Feels like you’re hanging out with your friends at the bar talking ball. Even when John gets a little worked up and goes on his rants. Always my favorite part of the show. They’re stats guys but don’t let themselves get too carried away with them. Definitely recommend this pod for Mets fans.
I like the content of your podcast but I can’t stand it when you guys get caught up criticizing other podcasts and the media etc. I especially dislike the person whose voice gets high and whines at certain times. Plus I don’t have any social media so I can’t interact with you. But that’s typical I guess of podcasts. I am a senior citizen and a Mets fan for 40 years.
But it would be so much better if it was more than once a week, especially during the playoffs or when baseball activity is busy. I can only get it on Apple Podcasts not YouTube or social media. So I am limited in my interaction with you and your other followers. Maybe they get more episodes—I don’t know. Anyway I am not a sports fan other than of baseball. At 67 years old I remember the 1986 World Series which ended right before my birthday. So I have been a Mets fan since I started watching ba... more

Two lifelong Mets fans turn around- and banter-filled discussions into a high-energy Mets-focused show. Across recent episodes, they dissect early-season performance, roster moves, spring training vibes, and bold predictions, all while weaving in fan reactions and live chat commentary. The mix of deep statistical insight with humorous takes, guest perspectives, and behind-the-scenes Mets culture makes it a dynamic listen for fans who want both rigor and personality. A notable strength is the community-driven format, including audience participation, video guests, and bold, sometimes contrarian, takes on players and front-office decisions.
