つまり、心の負担を減らし、なるべく消耗しないようにする考え方です。
調査では、コスパの認知率は85.8%、タイパは78.9%と高い一方で、メンパは26.0%とまだ浸透途中。
ただ、人付き合い・休息・睡眠などでは、心の負担を減らしたいという意識が広がっています。

調査によると、働く人の平日ランチ平均予算は過去最高の496円。一方で、外食ランチは平均1,338円、職場ランチの外食頻度は平均週1.1回というデータも出ています。
昔は「昼、行くぞ」でみんなで定食屋に行くのが当たり前でしたが、今はランチを一人で食べたい人が約7割。
