Agree - this is a classic. In fact I received fava beans in a farmers market bundle & had to find a recipe (LOL).
I too, like Martin was a bibliophile in school. So much so I worked for the librarian in elementary school.
The review was so good went back and watched it again laughing all the way through.
Interesting how Ted wore Navy dress uniforms at the start, goes to Army hospital and then in combat was in the Air Force.
I enjoyed both the review and Martin’s top 90’s movies; I concur. I am off too watch The Usual Suspects again!!!
I'm the Colin that Martin talks about and let me just say, when he let's watch some of these Movies like The Wild Robot or something, I love it! I have given recommendations for some movies so "save it for the pod"!
As a dad with two little ones, this podcast hit home with me from the very beginning. Great, personable hosts/friends that clearly have a deep but approachable knowledge of movies. It’s also nice that they cover movies both new and old. And at 30-40 mins, very easy to digest.
