Amazing for Pokémon fans
Met Michael last week while he was doing a signing at Heros Hideout.
First of all just an amazing person. Everyone in line, he would have a genuine conversation with and honestly my signed Charmander pop is my new favorite pop lol.
I just finished listening to the 7th episode and I love how in-depth he goes about each episode. I never realized how involved he was with the making of the American adaptation of the show.
If you are a fan of Pokémon I definitely recommend checking this podcast... more
I met him Saturday. This man has a big heart. Got my Snorlax and Psyduck card signed he did the voices and me smile. I started this podcast when I left and it’s a interesting insight on the show English.
I’m sure for a lot of people they first fell in love with Pokémon through the games, Pokémon Red & Blue, but for me, it all started with the English dubbed Pokémon TV series. To hear insight into the classic episodes of the series is very cool. I loved the personal anecdote about how Michael came up with the voice for Koffing, and also the background information about the Japanese and English names for some of the Pokémon like Goldeen and Chansey. Love these episodes and can’t wait for more!
