I’ll keep this short, and to the point. Dr. Tony Kern enables me to be a better pilot and leader.
Increases leadership skills, avoids risk, relates to everyone. I’m on #30 at 66 years old I am still learning. Podcast allows you to pause and think. Almost all episodes touch a piece of you in some way. I have been promoting this podcast to my friends & staff for a few months now. Never heard back? Everyone’s level of need or interests differ. I will probably watch again. Yeah it’s that good for me.
Dr Kern’s early works on airmanship really transformed how I looked at my profession and I’ve read virtually all of his material since. This podcast and his whole body of work really is just full of fantastic information for anyone seeking to improve their performance in any area of life! Highly recommend.
Great show that gives short snippets of important self improvement and growth. Real life examples from Dr. Kern about challenges we all face and what people did to overcome them. Definitely worth the time to listen!
