Ik ben zelf, net zoals de maker, dichtbij plaats delict opgegroeid. Zoals iedereen in de regio wist ik van een gruwelijk misdrijf dichtbij herberg Onland, net voor ik werd geboren, maar niemand in de Achterhoek sprak er ooit over. Het is een collectief trauma dat nu nog steeds heel diep zit. Deze podcast laat op een integere wijze zien wat er op die februari avond in 1970 is gebeurd. Hopelijk is dit een opening voor een hernieuwd onderzoek naar de vreselijke dood van Rinie.
