Once upon a time a trio of bards, The Narrators Three, were called upon to unite the realms with episode by episode deep-dive commentary of the fairy-tale laden soap opera “Once Upon a Time.” Tune in for weekly retrospect sprinkled with judgmental fondness and hysterical disappointment as The Narrators Three laugh, throw shade, and have the occasional emotional breakdown. If you find tales of costuming, character takedowns, and plot devices that come with a price utterly charming, The Narrators Three invite you to join them for Once Upon a Rewatch. I watched 3/4 of OUAT when it first aired. Like many I stopped once it got too ridiculous. In 2020, like most, I didn’t have much to do. I rewatched the series. I enjoyed the Office Ladies rewatch format so I went to see if there was a OUAT podcast. Low and behold: the narrators 3! They not only recap the plot but point out things about the show that I wouldn’t have even thought about. Worth a listen if you liked the show! #swanqueen #henryhas2moms
The Narrators Three are so much fun to listen to for their OUAT re-watch! I also enjoy their tangents (esp. when it’s a tangent on Xena or Buffy, which are other favs of mine). I personally feel some criticisms go a bit too far at times, but that’s because I love seasons 1 - 4A. Season 4B is fine, but I didn’t care for some choices. And I don’t want to even get into season 5. And the remaining seasons I enjoy for the most part, but not to the extent I love seasons 1-4A. Anyway, this podcast is g... more
They have good insight into the show and make some decent points but it’s borderline impossible to listen to when they do baby voices and act like children
I love rewatching shows and listening to corresponding podcasts! The Narrators Three made me feel like I was sitting in the living room with them chatting while watching the show and I love that! I also really like that they give us some fun facts about the production side of the show. Can’t wait for episodes to come!
The Narrators Three present a funny, charming look at Once Upon a Time. They’re not afraid to call out the show when needed, or channel their inner fangirl when the spirit leads them. Great podcast. Looking forward to season 2!
