  • Great Podcast

I really enjoy this podcast. I heard about it from Joe Budden praising it. Listening to the stories really does something for my soul. I only have one critique. Brian has got to stop with the talking sooooo much! There are times when Shawn and the guest are in a zone and just vining, and here comes this voice just yapping. Pleaseeeeee. Sometimes the line of questions are interrupting the memories the guest is trying to convey. Shawn, keep up the good work.

  • Tony Rich

I am really enjoying the podcast. You have interviewed such a range of entertainers, and I’m very invested in their stories. Your recent podcast with Tony Rich was great. He has such a great perspective on life, I took a lot from his words. Plus, his story about his son, Nine was hilarious!!🤣 Tony Rich is truly a great storyteller.

  • Lacks originality

Shawn ripped a page straight out of Tank and J. Valentine’s playbook, down to the Top 5 and live musical element of the show. Though I love him as 1/3 of Boyz II Men, I lost respect for him on that alone.
