I am big on the message of being happy in the body you're in - working towards being healthy and fit as a whole and this podcast is so refreshing. After rejoining a gym since my children are now of school age I’m really enjoying this podcast along side my new fitness journey. No body shape ‘trend’ advice here or how to diet in a miserable soul destroying way. Honest, sound,
Professional advice which is so motivating.
About to start working with Andy so thought I’d give this a listen. It’s brilliant. So honest, cut the crap; loved it. They talk about binge watching Netflix I’ll be binge listening to this. I can see form the library such a wonderful range of topics, really excited to expand my knowledge! Thanks guys!
I love how this podcast clears the way through all the bits and pieces people pick up along their journey.
We all have access to quite a lot of nutritional information and it can feel confusing sometimes- This podcast provides clarity and down to earth advice that makes sense and is clearly informed by anecdotal experience as well as wider scientific understanding.
I really recommend this to anyone feeling a bit overwhelmed by a lot of information but not enough understanding
I’m a personal trainer and I’ve been steering my clients and followers to this podcast for a while now. Andy and Amy talk so much sense and cut right through all the fads and crap that create so much unnecessary faff around health and fitness. Don’t stop!
Very funny and educational!
