ニューヨークの夏至の恒例イベント、タイムズスクエアで開催されるSolstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yogaに参加してきました。
NY最大級のヨガイベントと言われていますが、実際に行ってみて驚いたのは、その規模よりも心地よさでした。高層ビルに囲まれたタイムズスクエアを吹き抜ける風、街の真ん中とは思えない不思議な空気感。そして、普段ピラティスを教えている私が、久しぶりに参加者としてヨガを体験して感じたこと。

アメリカのピラティス資格試験 NPCP（National Pilates Certification Program）を受けてみました。
試験当日の雰囲気や勉強方法、実際に感じた難しさ、そして受験後に残った感覚について話しています。
