実はこれまで体験した3つの中で、私が一番心が躍ったのがこのスタジオでした。
ワークアウトそのものだけでなく、ブランドの世界観や「運動を楽しむ」というコンセプトにもとても共感し、終わった瞬間に「また来たい」と思える体験でした。

今回は、ニューヨークで人気のブティックフィットネス SLT を体験してきました。
ピラティススタジオと名乗っているけれど、本当にピラティスの要素があるのか？という疑問からスタートした今回の訪問。
テンポの良い音楽や達成感が魅力で、多くの人に支持されている理由も納得感ありつつ… ぜひ聴いてみてください。
今回の体験を通して改めて感じたのは、名前や使うマシンではなく、「自分は何のために運動をするのか」という目的に合わせて選ぶことが大切だということ。

「ピラティスなのかな？」と思いながら受けてみたのですが、実際に体験してみると、私がイメージしていたものとはかなり違いました。
