Wederom wordt de wvggz niet voldoende uitgelegd. Gedwongen zorg moet aan veel meer voorwaarden voldoen dan alleen ‘een gevaar (ernstig nadeel) voor jezelf of anderen zijn’; je hebt doelmatigheid, subsidiariteit, proportionaliteit, ultimum remedium.

Hele mooie inzichtelijke potcast. Onze zoon werd na heel veel alcohol, speed en andere harddrugs ook psychotisch. Is verschillende keren opgenomen bij de GGZ maar kreeg ook daar geen begeleiding en bleef gebruiken. Na heel veel toestanden in zijn omgeving en hier thuis, heeft hij na brandstichting (zonder ernstige gevolgen gelukkig), tbs met dwangverpleging zonder straf gekregen.
