I love that this resource exists for new nurses. I found it at the perfect time as I was concluding my BSN, moving into preceptorship. The topics helped me while in preceptorship and provided great food for thought about how to prepare to be a new grad nurse. This helped to normalize a lot of insecurities/worries that I was having to know that I’m not alone.
I love how the episodes are broken down. Back to basics!
