Ik vroeg me al een tijdje af waarom mijn energie op mijn werk als manager steeds minder werd. Dankzij deze podcast heb ik het antwoord gevonden. Zo veel inspirerende interviews met vrouwelijke rolmodellen. Echt een mega goede podcast! Ik raad jullie aan iedereen aan in mijn omgeving! Dank dat jullie dit doen en blijf vooral zo doorgaan!

Ik kies de podcast onderwerpen uit die voor mij relevant zijn. Twee podcasts geluisterd nu en voelde me elke keer weer meer gesterkt in mijn kracht als vrouwelijk leider. Vooral nu deze gesprekken met vriendinnen er minder zijn. Enige nadeel vind ik het half-engelse taalgebruik van Caroline in de introductie. Ik raak afgeleid van de inhoud hierdoor. Er bestaan mooie nederlandse woorden voor ‘talks’, ‘pre-orderen’, en ook voor ‘claimen’.
