    I love that the episodes aren’t super long, so I can actually grasp the information without a bunch of extra stuff making me zone out. Yes, some of this is info we’ve all heard plenty of times before, but I appreciate that the host also has narcolepsy and can speak to his own experience with it. He’s not just sitting there lecturing me on proper routines, but he can empathize and explain certain tips that he’s discovered, too. It makes me less defensive of my admittedly bad habits and more open ... more
