    I first learned about this podcast when I was a guest. I've continued to listen to it regularly, however, because the guests are always interesting and unusual, and Mark does a great job of drawing them out.   • Mistakes happen and seeing them as lessons and investments, is where innovation happens! I love the hospital example about wrong side surgeries and people being afraid to report mistakes I had no idea how many mishaps happen there.

    Mark is an amazing podcast host, guest and author I highly recommend.
