Love the fact that this show always shows both sides of the story. It is never leaning in one direction and enables everyone to hear different views.
I’m a new DVC member and as such I’ve been taking in as much content (podcasts, websites) as possible. This podcast is hands down the best out there. As well, Chad is regularly doing analysis that is super helpful and shares his files with listeners. Can’t recommend highly enough!
This is my favorite resource for Disney vacation club. It was incredibly helpful as I was purchasing my first contract. And I love the continually updated information about how to make best use of my contract and all the different DVC resorts.
Used to have interesting content and member interviews. For the last year Chad has leaned too far into his sponsors and is now just a shill for resale contracts. His episodes are now only market updates and him clicking around on their website to look at listings. Terrible audio content since we can’t see what he’s looking at.
Unfortunately, Chad doesn’t take feedback or corrections well. While he has offered some useful information, take it with a grain of salt. He has blatant errors regularly and won’t discuss or correct them when mentioned. His most recent use of averages in material defies understanding on statistics and may cause buyers to inaccurately determine need. TLDR - be careful and check other sources before trusting.
