I just listened to the latest episode on hugs and it was just what I needed to hear. My son and daughter listened to this episode with me and they affirmed every part of it. They love hugs and I know I do not give enough of it. Thank you for this timely reminder and encouragement to start giving more hugs especially first thing in the morning. Keep the episodes coming! ~ Anna
Wow I never thought about music being something that can connect my children and I. My two sons are already adults, but I have a little girl who is six and as it turns out, she actually loves music ever since she was a baby. When I sang to her and even today, this is the way that she would calm down or the ways that now she can easily fall asleep. What a blessing you are for having this podcast!

I’m not a musician, but I have really gotten a lot of great advice from this show! Jo-Anne is so fun and positive and to the point with these incredibly helpful tips! Seriously, I am smiling, laughing, crying, and enjoying every second of each show!!!!
I love how this podcast gets right to the point and I learn something every time! As a busy mom trying to juggle all the things I love her perspective on sharing your passions with your children.
Jo-anne's show is a gold mine not only for the musically inspired. I love how she makes the connections of finding time for your passion, being a Mom, and planning things out. Great golden nuggets of wisdom! Love it!
Jo-Anne's tips and practical advice for musician moms is so valuable! Balancing family time with rehearsal and performing time is challenging, but her advice can make things simpler and easier. She also helps lessen the "mom guilt" that can come with having a busy schedule. Highly recommend this valuable podcast!
Thank you Jo-Anne for helping free me of mom guilt. Your podcast is a great reminder to stay present in the moment and fully participate in whatever you are doing. It’s ok to enjoy something outside of being a mom- keep pursuing our own interest too! We have to nurture ourselves, so we can nurture our babies, and music is a great way to do both! 💕
Wow!! I love the words of wisdom and that it’s straight to point! Jo-Anne has such a soothing voice - what a great listen!!
All blended together in important ways! I love Joanne’s voice and wish I could hear her sing!
I love how you combined music with growing a family!! It’s such a beautiful approach, and I LOVE the teaching style! 🤍
I appreciate your approach to motherhood! You aren’t afraid to share the behind the scenes of your life—feels like a BFF sitting down to chat with me. From a wannabe musician, thank you so much for this podcast!
I found the benefits of learning to play the piano very insightful. Thank you letting me know it’s never too late to start and sharing facts to let me know it’s worthwhile. Love the fact that it’s equivalent to a full body work out and improves focus and a great way to bond with my kids. I have a keyboard but hardly touched it but that’s changing now.
