Overall good info. BUT they leave out key info once in a while. Like the episode on new buyers where they don't tell the buyer that whatever you tell the selling agent flows to the seller.
Hi all, I love the podcast but curious to why you rarely discuss eastern Orlando (specifically the Oviedo area)? It has the best schools in the Orlando area by far, 30 min from downtown, 45 min to Disney, 30 min to MCO, closer to east coast beaches, almost non existent crime, way less traffic than the southwestern area of the city, etc. It seems to me it’s by far the best location overall to live in the Orlando area. I’m curious to hear your opinions on it.
If you’re considering moving to Orlando or are a new resident, this is a great podcast to help learn a lot about the area. It covers a broad range of topics.
