Great pod!
I enjoyed listening to the breakdown of Sloppy Manny and his futile attempt to weaponize race using twitter. Its wild that such a sloppy synthesizer of research and a bad faith actor like Sloppy Manny is even allowed admittance to an institution like UNC.
Mmm, not a very tasty meatball
Thanks for speaking your mind. Too much monologuing though.
I love how this podcast features honest, thoughtful people wrestling with important topics. I just really appreciate how open and self-critical the discussions are. Perhaps my favorite moment is when Smriti endorsed the idea of taking away Trump's Twitter platform, and Paul asked whether that stance contradicted an earlier position she had staked out on free speech. Hearing them working through the tension between important values.
