I’m a huge fan of Dr Lulu and her team of moms who share the in’s and out’s of parenting a transgender child. Every story is different but the lessons are often very similar. Parenting is a challenge and we moms of transgender kids are here to support each other and to share our experiences. The world needs to change so our children can fully embrace their gender identities and we as parents can see them live happy lives.

I met Dr. LuLu at a Black LGBTQ parent summit. Immediately her aura was welcoming! So once she started her podcast, I had to give it a listen! I’ve also been lucky enough to be a guest on the show. Anyone who is trans or gender nonconforming and anyone who knows someone trans or just wants to educated on it should tune in! The focus on trans joy is exactly what is needed rn!

Namaste.
