Great review of each game. Def talks too fast but no big deal just dial the speed down to 0.8 speed and you’re golden.

Ridiculous. Greg talks incredibly fast. Should be doing auctions. Tried my best. Can’t listen to it. Really unbelievable this is an actual podcast with him talking that fast.

  • Great Daily Baseball Betting Podcast

I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple years now. I see people complaining he talks too fast and they don’t know when segments end and new ones begin. That’s a little ridiculous; Greg records each episode the exact same way. He presents each segment and ends them with the exact same words. It never changes ever. It’s borderline excessive compulsive how the shows are recorded. First you get the previous day results. Then you get the guest segment for about 10 mins which is usuall... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

4/28/26-Baseball Betting Show
Q: How do you evaluate the rookie class for future bets?
The guest suggests focusing on players with clear college pedigrees and higher odds of a quick call-up, while also considering development track records and team needs; avoid overpaying for very long odds early when there is a risk the player won't reach the majors soon enough.
4/20/26-Baseball Betting Show
Q: How do you proceed with a team that has been cold for a while, like the Mets, when deciding on team totals and props?
The approach is to avoid chasing early losses, fade the trend if the pitcher is exploitable, and lean into underlying data like price, pitch mix, and opponent weaknesses to find upside, rather than simply hoping a turnaround happens.
4/17/26-Baseball Betting Show
Q: What recent trends are you seeing with younger teams, and how should bettors approach them?
The discussion centers on young teams exceeding expectations, with a focus on offense from teams like the Nationals and the continued relevance of young hitters and developing pitchers, suggesting bettors lean into series and game-level bets where these teams show consistency and depth.
4/19/26-Baseball Betting Show
Q: How might the Red Sox rebound over the next few starts, and what should bettors watch?
Watch Crochet's next start for signs of health and command, then monitor how the offense comes alive with improved plate discipline and whether other pitchers stabilize the bullpen.
4/19/26-Baseball Betting Show
Q: What should be the panic level right now for the Boston Red Sox?
The concern centers on the offense and the velocity/location of Crochet, not just the win-loss record; if Crochet isn't sharp and velocity declines, it could signal bigger issues that need quick adjustment.
