  • Ashley Merchant - Ridiculous!

Ashley Merchant should not be allowed to ever discuss the Kouri Richins case again. I can’t believe the misinformation spewing from her mouth! She said multiple times as if it was a fact that Eric Richins was addicted to dr*gs and that he shopped around for pills. He had SEASONAL ALLERGIES!

Ashley’s take on this case was totally ridiculous and I can’t take her seriously anymore. She was corrected over and over by the other two attorneys on several key points. Don’t get me started on her praise ... more

  • Guests need to know the cases!!

Why Maureen Callahan to discuss the Richie’s case when she isn’t even following the case closely? Some of her information was just plain wrong and comes from social media, not the facts that came out in the trial.

  • New Favorite Podcast

March 2026 review: I feel like this is losing its edge. I liked the older format with more attorneys on each episode, and don’t like that they always include a guest now. The content also seems like every other true crime update podcast… I used to come to hear exclusive commentary from actual attorneys, but it’s devolving from that pure form. Hopefully they make a pivot.

Original review: A unique take on a true crime podcast! I learn something new every episode, and love the attorneys on it. T... more
