Very pleasant and gripping (mostly introspective, but there is some outside plot that is both heartwarming and that keeps you in your toes) short story about a woman who keeps travelling to the future trying to resolve an event from her past. Recommended for a half hour of entertainment. It has queer reps.
Captivating & consumable over & over again !! If you're into sci-fi audio drama that mixes in existentialism & a naked look at the human condition? This show is for you. Don't have time? Well the whole series is only 20 minutes, so you do have time & you'll be happy you took it out for this show, I promise you that.
How did this podcast destroy me in such a short run time??? Amazing.
I really like this use of the medium ... miniseries ... and since it’s microfiction I really appreciate the super episode at the end so you can get it all in one bite. A lot of microfiction can be deliberately vague and depressing, but this is nicely clear, with excellent selection of details and an optimistic attitude.
While not a long show (you can easily listen to the whole thing in a sitting), this has a lovely arc and it's very well done. It's a single, focused story about a woman who decides to have herself cryogenenically frozen.
While you certainly could develop this into a longer series, I found the brevity compelling. It's a glimpse into the critical bits of the story, just enough to follow along and feel like you understand the main character. It's a short story in audio format.
