    I’m subscribed because of the promising and helpful content in the beginning episodes, but the latest one left me with a sour taste.

    What’s with the “bloody” this and that? You guys are getting a little careless with your speech. While the comments on pushing your own limits was motivating, gotta be wary here. Thought you came on too strong with your comments on how much sleep is enough or too much. Not everyone can function well on 5 hours and less, and sleep deprivation is a health and safet... more
