  • A necessary podcast

Dealing with mental health at work is a common thing. More common than what it seems. Some of the episodes of this podcast made me realise that everyone goes through different journeys, managers, CEOs, employees.. and talking about it helps giving visibility to very important conversations that need to be happening in the workplace. It also made me realise that we are all humans, no matter the position you have at your organisation.
