There is not hiding the fact that us men need some help with mental health. This show shows us that we are not alone and their is always help and advice to be found.
Great work Andy, keep it up.
I especially enjoyed the episodes with John Arenbaugh who openly shares about his fight with PTSD and depression, Rhonda Glover’s disclosure of her struggle as a black woman trying to rise through the ranks of the the white and male-dominated FBI, and David Glover’s vulnerable discussion of his father’s suicide and his own suicide attempt.
Keep bringing these important issues to light through your conversations with amazing guests!
