Тревожусь, и решила попробовать покой необычный способ успокоить голову. Включила медитацию «от тревоги», а там саундтрек как будто из ужастика 😄когда в аккомпанементе берется самая нижняя нота, я жду из-под кровать всех возможных монстров, хотя причина моей тревоги вообще не в них. Короче мурашки пошли по коже от страха 😄😄😄
