Jeg blir litt flau på deres vegne over denne podcasten. Dere har en utdannelse i klinisk ernæringsfysiologi, men sitter og ler av og kritiserer folk som har utdannelse i samme fagfelt, men bare ikke klinisk? Spesielt. Bare fordi dere tviholder på en type forskning, betyr ikke at andre som holder seg til annen forskning tar feil ;)
Disse to virker utrolig usikre på sin egen kunnskap. Det kan jo selvfølgelig være tilfelle, men da burde man kanskje ikke lage en podkast. De er usikre og forsiktige i det de formidler, sier veldig mye «på en måte», rotete fortelling og forklaringer. Har bare hørt en episode, men holder meg unna resten. Ble faktisk litt irritert av å høre, og ikke avslappa og opplyst som jeg håpet på.
Utrolig lærerik podkast av to damer som normaliserer mat og kosthold. Takk for at dere ikke er fanatiske og ikke gir oss anbefalinger som koster fletta! Ja takk til flere som dere!
