说起来，这档节目断断续续也做了十来年。最早做的时候，我还算年轻二三十岁，现在回头一看，一只脚已经迈入中年，我自己的生活也发生了很大的变化。做节目来来回回，中间坚持得也不太好，有投入和产出的原因，也有成长历程中的诸多不可抗力，感谢大家的包容。
