Interessante onderwerpen, maar de interviewster lijkt het vooral over zichzelf te willen hebben, haar ervaringen en haar overtuigingen. Dat mag, maar dan past dat niet bij deze vorm waarbij een andere gast geïnterviewd wordt. Nu stoort het teveel en leidt het af van wat de gast te vertellen heeft.

Nina heeft het enorm veel over haar “eigen ervaringen”. Dat vind ik jammer, omdat het afleid van het verhaal van de gast. Vooral de mening over “hoeveel beter een open relatie zou zijn” wordt naar mijn mening enorm opgedrongen door Nina. De podcast met Lauren Verster is daar een voorbeeld van. Het gaat voor mijn gevoel om 2/5 van de tijd over Nina. Ik weet niet of dat het format is, maar ik zou liever wat meer neutraliteit zien van Nina’s kant.

Ik blijf dit een mooie podcast vinden. Het valt me wel op dat als deskundigen thema’s als racisme en ongelijkheid (dat laatste, een specifieke groep kan zich vooral individuele/maatwerk geboortezorg veroorloven) aansnijden de interviewer daar nauwelijks op in gaat. Bij een andere aflevering was dat zo en nu is het weer. Hier gaat blijkbaar niet de belangstelling naar uit.

Deze podcast heeft mij goed geholpen in de verwerking van mijn eerste zwangerschap en bevalling en in de voorbereiding van mijn tweede. Door alle waardevolle informatie is mijn tweede bevalling voor mijn gevoel heel erg goed verlopen en kan ik er met een goed gevoel op terugkijken. Kennis geeft kracht!

Ook ik vond dat de interviewster in de eerste afleveringen veel onderbrak, maar die feedback heeft ze echt gehoord. De latere afleveringen zijn super en leuk om naar te luisteren
