  • Practical & positive

After four years off the bike to have babies, I felt discouraged every time I hit the trails. Jen’s podcast and her gentle, practical positivity gave me the push I needed to figure out how to fit strength training and better nutrition into my very chaotic life.

I feel like a total shredder this year and I think I might even sign up for an enduro race…?!

Love that her background is in research too, and the tangents about hot button issues are gold.
