Epic world of darkness podcast!
This show is amazing! I have always been a big fan of the Old World of Darkness games, and while Mage (the Ascension) may have its flaws, this show does not. Required listening in my humble opinion. The recent episode with Sebastian Noh made me cry a little at the end.
I came into this show as an overall World of Darkness fan (with special love for Wraith) and only a passing knowledge of Mage. I picked out a few random episodes here and there for books I remember from back in my peak WoD days…and before I knew it was listening to every new episode that came out. Now I’ve gone back to the beginning and hitting up the complete back catalogue. Great hosts. Great conversations. Very informative.
Idk why the host covers books they obviously hate. It just makes the entire episode feel like its not worth listening to.
So I’ve been listening to Terry and Adam for awhile and I just have a few simple takes for them. TL,DR: get your audio balanced, stop reviewing WoD books like college essays, Embrace the Gothic Punk and heavy subject matters.
First. You guys are not coming in at the same volume and it’s very frustrating to dial up and down when I’m driving to and from work, so just that little bit of audio editing will do wonders.
