The LTB podcast has so many gold nuggets! It’s so informative and full of applicable tips that would help any fitness coach out there.
The hosts’s audio quality is fine. However, as far as I can tell from the sample I tried to listen to, the audio quality of the majority of the guests is far from pleasant.
It sounded like people were using cell phones in hands-free mode or laptops with no directional mic. It made what would otherwise be a professional podcast sound like amateur hour, and it wasn’t listenable for me, no matter how interesting the content.
