I've said many times here that one reason I like hosting guest mixes is because they bring a diversity of styles and choices different from my regular offerings. This latest set from Roquen Lómë accomplishes that beautifully. This mix is lush and gor... more
This mix is pretty straightforward - it's a collection of Berlin-school style tracks where the arpeggio is relatively slow. I don't know what the actual BPMs are but these tracks are not the driving sequences usually associated with Berlin-school mus... more
The annual Perseid Meteor shower is a great excuse to create a mix of spacey ambient music that is perfect for stargazing. The best viewing nights will be August 12 & 13. I believe there will be a new moon this year so we should have nice, dark skies... more

So much joy from these mixes and how much love is put into them, thankyou
I’ve always liked listening to the music this podcast has to offer. Each song’s end is seamlessly woven into the start of another, creating a perfectly fluid transition between tracks.
I also like how I can learn and hear from new artists.
Some artists or song choices can be a bit odd or off-putting to me (especially the songs with lyrics), but that might just be my music preference.
through years and seasons trees of sounds, atmospheres and gems are growing to my ears . I love listen your tracks also while working in the studio, they are so good companions - thank you from Würzburg Germany - Jacques Gassmann
Followed you for a long time.
Always a pleasure to put the new episode on and learn about new music and artists.
The world needs more people like you 🙂

Ambient music mixes crafted for focus, relaxation, and immersion. The episodes emphasize mood, texture, and sonic storytelling, often with minimal host narration and a strong emphasis on seamless transitions, diverse sound palettes, and contemplative atmospheres. Highlights include explorations of language, memory, and sensory imagery in the music itself, plus guest-driven and curator-style selections that appeal to listeners who use these mixes for study, work, travel, or meditation. A notable strength is the consistently high-quality curation and the ability to create a cohesive listening journey across varied textures and tempos, making it appealing for fans of experimental ambient and down-tempo atmospheres.
