  • Great Advice!

I love the message about self-compassion in this podcast! I’ve wasted so much time beating myself up for what I eat. Tammy and Beth have really helped me let that go. I’ve know for a while how damaging my self-critical inner voice was, but I didn’t know how to change it. Now I’m getting the hang of treating myself with the love I deserve.

This podcast is a breath of fresh air! It’s not just about food and diet, it’s also about EVERYTHING ELSE that goes into health and wellness. Energy is everything, and finally someone in the nutrition industry is talking about mindset, emotional regulation, and specific (non-food) tools to help. Thanks for being brave, Tammy, and paving the way to help your listeners do the real *inner* work.
