I will preface this by saying I love this show. It’s been a longstanding part of my weekly routine, and I love tuning in to hear the banter and hot takes - but, BUT! The new once a week format is ruining it. The news is stale by the time they get around to it on Wednesday. I know the tradeoff is supposed to be the Q&A added to the longer weekly episodes but I don’t really go to the Loopcast for that kind of content. I want to hear the hosts discuss the news and culture, I’m really not interested... more
I have really enjoyed this show for over a year now, but the new format of it being just once a week leaves me less interested. Doesn’t feel as current and I see myself searching for catholic responses from other sources. Please go back to M/W/F or at least twice a week shows. Your commentary is wanted and needed!
Same old sanctimonious dialogue. .. tired of having to FF over you, …full of …it!
I loved getting news from a Catholic perspective, but with their new schedule the news is old by the time they do an episode. I still appreciate Josh and Erica’s researched analysis, but Tom’s inexperienced pov and arguing is getting old. He usually eventually comes around on a lot but it’s too late.
So tired of the sanctimonious dialogue. .. tired of having to FF over you
