  • This used to be a great podcast

Nick is fine but has terrible takes that he’s always wrong about and then acts like he never said those things (Kidd, Klay, Kyrie). Slightly is an idiot that actually likes the Thunder and acts like he’s important even though he lives in his mom’s basement. Please get rid of him. Isaac is good except when he has to point out that he hates X and America, which he now does all of the time. It’s so sad because this show used to be great.

  • Finally the TRUTH!!!

Finally, finally, finally someone on this podcast (12/23/25) talked about Oncic’s negative influence on team dynamics. His fan boys are blind to that aspect. Thanks & HNY!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Should the Dallas Mavericks RISK It All With Oklahoma City Thunder Trade for Two First Round Picks?
Q: What is the realistic best team that you can put together for the Mavs next season?
A roster that balances proven pieces with upside, including premium draft targets and a mix of young players and veterans, while keeping Kyrie's status in mind and exploring cap flexibility. The host walked through a hypothetical lineup with Cooper Flagg, Lively, Nas Reid, Kobe White, and others, evaluating training and free-agent options to maximize the next season's competitiveness.
BUY LOW on Paolo Banchero? | Take Advantage of OKC Thunder? | Dallas Mavericks Offseason
Q: Would you give up a high pick like the 8th for Paolo?
They consider Paolo's ceiling and potential to anchor a competitive era, concluding that a trade for him could be worth the cost if the Mavericks are confident in surrounding him with the right complementary pieces and preserving future flexibility.
BUY LOW on Paolo Banchero? | Take Advantage of OKC Thunder? | Dallas Mavericks Offseason
Q: How would you approach trading for Paolo Banchero given his current contract and development trajectory?
They would weigh the upside of pairing Paolo with Cooper Flagg and surrounding him with a mix of veteran defense and young shooting, against the cost of a high draft pick and cap implications, ultimately arguing that Paolo's All-Star ceiling justifies a measured risk if the surrounding pieces fit.
DEBATE: Cam Boozer at 1 for Mavs? Plus, Kyrie Irving, GM Search & More
Q: If the Mavericks end up with a top pick, how would Boozer fit next to Kyrie and Cooper Flagg?
Boozer could pair well defensively and provide a steady, non-volatile fit alongside Kyrie and Cooper Flagg, though his defensive and athletic limitations are noted as concerns that need coaching to overcome.
DEBATE: Cam Boozer at 1 for Mavs? Plus, Kyrie Irving, GM Search & More
Q: What do you think the status of Kyrie Irving is going into the offseason?
Kyrie is in a great standing with the team right now, showing top condition in scrimmages and appearing to be a central figure for next season's plans.
