Dieser Podcast eignet sich überragend zur Vorbereitung auf das erste Examen, sowie eine schnelle Wiederholung für den großen Schein. Das gesamte Schuldrecht wird breit, aber auch in gebotener Tiefe verständlich erklärt. Besonders stark sind die "Kurznachrichten", in denen Prof Lorenz aktuelle BGH-Urteile vorstellt.
Selbst nach dem Rep konnte man mit diesem Podcast noch super wiederholen!

Der Podcast ist an alle Examenskandidaten, die sich nicht auf die falsche Sicherheit von Repetitoren und Skripten verlassen wollen, uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen! Insbesondere die gutachterliche Aufarbeitung der Fälle inklusive konkreter Formulierungstipps für die Klausur und die Hinweise zur Klausurerstellung aus Sicht des Korrektors sind sehr hilfreich. Die Anhand der Fälle eingelegten Exkurse vermitteln eine systemorientierte Wiederholung des gesamten Stoffes.
